Thought Process Mission

Our mission is to provide high-risk industries (i.e. Aviation, Rail, Marine, Offshore Oil Industry, Medical, etc) with tailored Safety Management Systems (SMS), Resource Management (RM) and Human Factors (HF) Training packages that are aimed at addressing specific individual and organisational factors that may contribute to potential incidents and/or accidents.

Our company also provide World Class Boeing 737 Simulator Training for the 200, 300, 400 and 500 series at our modern training facility at Johannesburg International Airport, South Africa.

We have also recently established additional simulator training programs for the B737-800, B767-338, B747-438, A330-202 and Dash 8 (All series) in Australia and are in the process of having A319/320 and B737-700/800 simulators online in South Africa by Aug 08.
